How to customize a sleeve shrinking and resistor lead bending machine?
1.Sleeve shrinking impotance:
Lots of countries(Latin America,Southeast,Middle Asia,East Europe) request additional insulation for DIP power components (resistor,diode,capacitors,etc) applied under high voltage
(AC220V+).Because under low/high temperature or dusty circumstance,the Insulation film on components are easy to lose efficacy.
2.The customer request:
Taped RSF50,RSF100,RSF200 resistor insert Φ5.5mm sleeve and bend “U” shapes

3.Actual problems:
A.Sleeve cutting and inserting:
High temperature will make the sleeve too soft to cut;
The sleeve is of small weight and short(9-15.5mm length),some sleeve segments will be stuck in the sleeve module;
B.Hot wind control:
Large hot wind will lead to the sleeve deviation;
C.Easy manipulation of lead bending:
The customer requests that 3 resistors to share Φ5.5mm sleeve in the machine.

5.The final solution:
A.Sleeve cutting and inserting:
i.About the temperature
Install an exhaust fan to lower the machine inside temperature.
Dig holes on organic glass beside the hot wind modules.
ii.About the sleeve cutting
Dual moving knife can cut the sleeve nearly 100%,while one moving knife+one static knife cann’t cut off the sleeve segment when the temperature rises

iii.Add a sensor to monitor sleeve segment dropping
If the sleeve segment doesn’t drops,the sensor will warn

B.Hot wind control:
One tilted big nozzle transfers to 3 surrounding small nozzles.The shrinking shape will be regular and the sleeve segment doesn’t deviate.


C.Resistor compatibility:
The customer requests that 3 resistors to share Φ5.5mm sleeve in the machine.
D.The easy manipluation of lead bending:
Apply PPU robot+lead cutting&bending mould
