The main task of this resistor forming machine is to complete the function of automatic bending and cutting of thermistor feet. It is a fully automatic intelligent machinery and equipment, from the manual feeding to the product bending process our equipment completes all the actions and processes.
The whole process is as follows: turn on the power switch - grab the material to be formed into the magnetic box - press the equipment start button (the whole machine starts to work) - diode through the turntable material distribution rules into the chain - the first shaping mechanism straightening - secondary shaping mechanism - into the straightened magnetic box - through the turntable into the forming place - clamping thermistors - bending thermistors - thermistors cut feet - forming completed thermistors sucked into the designated box.
