CJR developed and produced the automatic CP small black head NTC thermistor temperature sensor production line, which consists of 3 sections：

The first section, CR-682A automatic wire-cutting, wire stripping, wire dipping, and tin-plating machine

Automatic wire cutting, wire stripping, and tin dipping, automatic layout and fixing tape, and automatic receiving into the jig frame.

The second section, CR-682B, CP small black head resistor automatic shaping and layout machine

Automatic tape material supply, automatic material cutting, automatic clamping of components by a robot, automatic loading of plate-setting jigs, automatic shaping, automatic placement of components into jigs, and automatic rewinding.

The third section, CR-682C CP small black head thermistor, and lead automatic soldering machine

Put the finished products produced in the first and second section into the soldering machine fixture, automatically solder and automatically detect defective products.
