1. Principle comparison
Tin soldering:
Tin melt and enclose the metal surface,produce a firm alloy layer between tin and metal by chemical reaction,metal doesn’t melt,the alloy layer can be dismantled;
Resistance welding:
Large current passes the resistor and produce large heat.
Large heat and high mechanic pressure melt and bold the metal.It needn’t extra welding stuff,and cann’t be dismantled;
Laser welding:
Laser beam melts and bond the metal by high temperature.It needn’t extra welding stuff,and cann’t be dismantled.

Resistance welding:
Advantages: High bonding strength,anti high temperature,fast speed.
Disadvantages: large heat effect,non-repairable;
Laser welding:
Advantages:High precision,minimal thermal impact,high bonding strength,anti high temperature;
