Multi-tube feeding--material tube shifting--material unloading--automatic foot cutting--automatic forming--manipulator reclaiming--place to tray
5.Put the tube material on the feeding jig, 20 tubes can be placed at a time, the equipment is started, and the crystal is sent to the scissor mechanism through the horizontal feeding mechanism. Continue to feed forward until it is formed by the forming mechanism. After forming, it is sent to the receiving position through the arc guide rail, and the manipulator is used to swing the tray. After a row is filled, the positioning fixture of the receiving tray will move forward by one position through the stepping mechanism. Make the next empty slot ready to receive material, repeat this, when the whole tray is filled with material, the machine operation stops, and there is an audible and visual alarm to prompt manual switching of trays;
