For loose package,generally,we use vibrating bowl,magnetic box or flexible vibrating bowl+CCD camera+4 axis robot combo feeding.

Vibrating bowl+vibrating line feeding(the commonest feeding method):

Advantage:wide application,low cost,high stability.

Disadvantage:high noise,surface polishing

Magnetic box feeding:

Applied for the component with magnetic lead and the component that cann’t be polished

Advantage:zero noise,no surface polishing

Disadvantage:long and magnetic leads are requested

Flexible vibrating bowl+CCD camera+4 axis robot combo feeding:

Advantage:low noise(interval vibrating),low surface polishing,high accuracy.

Disadvantage:high cost.

2. Tape package:

A tape cutting module is applied

3.Tubed package:

A linear vibrating module is applied.
