The design plan requires you to provide detailed product size, product process flow, incoming materials, quality requirements, equipment production efficiency, etc. Engineers make plans, evaluate equipment feasibility, cost, and production efficiency, complete machine schematics, partial schematics, action descriptions, and equipment technical parameter descriptions. We will hand over the preliminary plan to you for evaluation.

2. Confirm the plan and sign the technical agreement
The company organizes engineers and technicians to discuss the plan with you via video. Our engineers will refine the plan and determine the final plan. At the same time, we will provide a written sub-item quotation. After reaching an agreement, we will sign the relevant technical agreement and purchase and sales contract.

3. Design drawings, audit drawings
We will arrange engineers to design the mechanism, make machine assembly drawings and parts drawings, and the company audit team will review the designed drawings to check whether the machine structure is reasonable and whether it meets your needs, etc. After the review, the final drawings will be printed. And issued to the relevant departments, 7-10 working days

4. Procurement of electrical parts, processing of structural hardware
The purchasing department purchases equipment and electrical accessories according to the engineering drawing model, and the machining department processes the hardware structural parts according to the drawings issued by the project. The specific processing technology includes milling machine, CNC numerical control, lathe, quenching, grinding machine, wire cutting, pressing spark, etc., 7-10 working days

5. Program writing, assembly and debugging
After the electrical parts of the hardware processing parts are complete, our assemblers will assemble the machine, our electrical engineers will conduct power distribution, write and instill the machine program, and then debug and run. This cycle is 5-7 working days.

6. Quality inspection

7.Packaging and shipping
